  • There is, and it is the workshop plenty of you already drive past. We sit on the corner of Dalrymple and Bayswater Roads, so booking a log book service is a two-minute hop rather than a trek across town. We follow the handbook schedule, fit the specified oils and parts, stamp the book, and have most cars back the same day.

  • It does not. Australian Consumer Law lets you choose any qualified workshop for your servicing and keep the factory warranty fully intact, provided each service matches the handbook and uses the specified parts and fluids. That is exactly how we work, and the dated stamp in your book backs it up if a claim ever comes up.

  • It can be. Skip a service and the history shows a hole, which is the sort of thing a manufacturer can lean on to wave a claim away. Nothing that cannot be sorted though, drop it in and we will line it back up with the schedule and get the book current again.

  • Constantly. A good share of the work utes filling the Garbutt estate are diesel four-wheel drives, so the Hilux, Ranger, Triton, LandCruiser, Prado, Patrol and D-Max come through here all the time, every one done to its own handbook schedule.

  • Usually, yes. The only catch with some Euro and prestige models is making sure the right parts and oil are in stock before you come down, so ring through your make and model and we will tell you on the spot whether we are set to go.

  • There is no flat figure, it tracks with your make, your model and which interval the handbook has landed on. Flick us the rego or call 0457 816 890 and you will get a real price then and there rather than a vague range.

  • Book ahead and a log book service is nearly always wrapped up the same day. Anything bigger we turn up while it is on the hoist, you hear from us with a timeframe and a price first, so nothing drags on without you knowing.

  • No trouble. There is a secure key drop at the front, so park it, post the keys and flick us a message it is there, and it is first in line when we open. Handy if you are clocking on early at one of the yards nearby.
